SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the SMS (text message) personal-scheduling assistant ("the Service") operated by Matthew Rasler, doing business as Coding Again Tomorrow ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in.

Program description

The Service is a personal scheduling assistant used by the account owner. Enrolled users send scheduling commands by text (for example, "block Thursday 2–4pm") and receive transactional replies: calendar confirmations, availability answers, and reminders. The Service does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt in (consent)

Consent is not pre-selected and is never assumed. You opt in by taking an affirmative action: texting the keyword START to the Service's phone number, which you enroll yourself. Upon opt-in you receive a one-time confirmation message. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with the Service. You receive replies in response to the commands you send, plus any reminders you schedule.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply according to your plan.

Opt-out and help

You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to the Service's number. After you send STOP, we send a single opt-out confirmation and then stop sending messages; to rejoin, opt in again. For help, text HELP or contact us at the email below.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. Information handling for the Service is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and SMS opt-in consent is never shared with any third party.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the effective date above will be revised accordingly.
