Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Matthew Rasler, operating as Coding Again Tomorrow ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website and our SMS (text message) personal-scheduling assistant. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling information responsibly.

Information We Collect

  • Mobile phone number. Provided by the account owner to enroll their own number in the SMS assistant.
  • Message content. The text of SMS messages you send to and receive from the assistant (for example, scheduling requests and confirmations).
  • Calendar data. Calendar events created, read, or modified at your request in order to fulfill scheduling commands.

How We Use Information

Information is used solely to operate the personal-scheduling assistant — interpreting your requests, creating and managing calendar events, and sending you confirmations and reminders. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Consent & opt-in. The sole recipient of messages is the account owner, who opts in by enrolling their own mobile number when configuring the assistant. There is no public sign-up, keyword, or third-party collection of numbers.

Message types & frequency. Messages are conversational and transactional — scheduling confirmations, reminders, and replies to your requests. Frequency varies based on your use; there are no promotional or marketing messages.

Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service Providers

We rely on the following service providers strictly to operate the assistant. They process data only as needed to provide their service to us and not for their own marketing:

  • Twilio — delivery of SMS messages.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — interpreting the natural language of your requests.
  • Google Calendar — storing and retrieving your calendar events.
  • Amazon Web Services — hosting the application and securely storing configuration.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is disclosed only to the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the assistant, or where required by law.

Data Retention

Message content is processed to fulfill your requests and is not retained in a separate database beyond the operational logs necessary to run and troubleshoot the service, which are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Calendar events persist in your own Google Calendar under your control.

Your Choices

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may also request deletion of your information or ask questions about this policy by contacting us at the email below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the effective date above will be revised accordingly.
